~Mike & Kristi Taylor~ 8.22.08

This past weekend I had two weddings yet again! First on Friday was Kristi and Mike's outdoor wedding, which came out perfectly, no worries about rain. This first shot is actually Kristi and her dad posing for a shot. The ceremony was held at the zoo's outdoor pavilion which Kristi and her friend had decorated beautifully. The reception was held at McFadden's right dowtown on the third floor, the first time I have been up there for a reception, it was awesome! Congratulations, and enjoy your preview!

We started out at the GRF with pictures of Kristi and her family in front of the river. Kristi had blue hydrangeas in her bouquet, one of my favorite flowers, beautiful!

The teenagers refused to blow Kristi a kiss...go figure!?

We had one of those perfect skies, I adore clouds, as a photographer because they provide better lighting, and because I just love the drama they add to the sky! This is one of my favorite shots of Mike and Kristi from the entire day!

Kristi's dress was gorgeous...

This is Kristi's grandmother, I loved her red purse, red shoes, and red jacket, how cute is she?

The processional down the sidewalk with our little ringbearer...

This is one of the prettiest cake stands I have seen... not to mention the cake itself is beautiful...

First dance...

Mike and his mother dancing...

I never realized what a cool building McFadden's is! I love the color of the brick and the detail in the architecture...

Kristi had the upstairs decorated with so much detail...

Green was the color of the day...

Someone's wiping away a tear! Awe...

The bridge looks even more dramatic when the sky is really blue!

Hi Mike!

Excellent job from this young lady...

My flash didn't go off on this one, so it ended up being a cool silhouette of Kristi entering the pavillion with her dad...

The Vows...

The Three Ladies...

Can you tell I like the detail stuff?

Awesome idea, I haven't seen this done before, the place cards in their own little grassy field!

The whole wedding party!

Each table had their own little cake! Makes it a LOT harder to resist!

I think this is the most enthusiasm I got out of the boys all day! (I mean the younger generation here...)

That's pretty serious guys...

The young man on the left didn't like me, I was trying to make him smile, he wasn't going for it!

This sarcastic grin was all I could get out of him! I guess I'll have to take it...

Keep those boys in line dad...

I'm so glad Kristi and Mike had a beautiful day! Best Wishes!!!!!!!!
