Friday October 17th, a perfect day for Brian and Christin's wedding. Another beautiful October day out in Hastings, I'm starting to get spoiled by all of these gorgeous fall days, what happens when winter comes?
What a fun theme they had for their reception, each table had a different superhero theme, and Brian even had a Superman Groom's cake! Each table setting also came complete with superhero candy cigarettes, and there was a chocolate fountain, AND candy bar to top it all off!
We spent most of the day out at this park in Hastings, whose name I suddenly have forgetten! It got a little chilly after a while according to the wedding party, but I was moving so much I never felt a thing! Here's a shot of the whole group!

These pics are awesome! Funny story, I was sitting in Waldorf in Hastings MI on a Friday night when guests starting arriving to go to the banquet hall upstairs. So I started looking for the photographer and there she and her assistant appeared. I immediately noticed her beautiful camera (I believe 40 or 50D) and shootsac (envious of!) and my friend noticed her black boots. :) So, after talking about it for what seemed like forever, I got up enough nerve to go talk to her. Well, by this time the toasts were starting so I went back to dinner and on with life. A few weeks later, I was getting my haircut and talking with my stylist about what had happened. She said I bet that was Christine's wedding, I said no way. Well it was and you were that photographer! Great pictures!!! I am still enjoying turning a hobby into a passion for right. I guess I just wanted to know any advice you may have for me just getting into this wonderful world of photography??!!?
Thank you very much! This also started out as a hobby and a passion for me as well, and after a series of failed jobs working for others, I turned it slowly but surely into my business, and life passion. Lots and lots of practice and sacrificing of weekends went into my business! It's a very fun and rewarding job in the end! Good luck with your own endeavors!
